Caritas Food Pantry Supports Families in Need Through the
Meijer Simply Give Hunger Relief Program
Custer, Campaign set to run through December 28, 2024
Custer, Michigan – Caritas Food Pantry is proud to announce a partnership with Meijer to provide much-needed relief to local families facing food insecurity through the retailer’s customer-driven hunger relief program, Simply Give.
Meijer is a family-owned company who is focused on enriching lives in the communities they serve. Thanks to their generous customers and a strong commitment from their food pantry partners, Meijer’s Simply Give program has continued to be successful in helping to feed hungry families in our local communities. The program has generated more than $95 million in food donations throughout the Midwest since its inception in November 2008.
Meijer's continued deep-rooted hunger relief efforts will be kicking-off the Holiday Simply Give Campaign later this month. The campaign will run a total of 13 weeks from the dates of:
Sunday, September 29, 2024 through Saturday, December 28, 2024.
During the upcoming campaign, the Double Match Day opportunity will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024.
